About Ray Ray's

 I'm Ray - passionate about all things hospitality and most recently created Ray Ray's Sonoran Spirit Tea. I own and operate Cocktail Lab AZ. I am an industry LIFER and have worked just about every job from dish washing to General Management. Ray Ray's was inspired by my signature spiked tea drink in the bar days. My favorite part of bartending is being a part of the good times and making memories with folks. I became obsessed with doing that on a larger scale, and Ray Ray's Sonoran Spirit Tea was born! My work family called me Ray Ray and most folks know, we may spend more time with our work family than our actual family. That is a huge reason why a family operated business is so important to us. To have my parents, husband, kids, siblings and friends part of this crazy biz, is proving to be one of my life's great joys. You can still find me behind the bar from time to time at the Historic Rialto Theatre Foundation spaces in Tucson, because I just love it!

I started the Cocktail Lab journey during the pandemic, while I tried to figure out how to safely and legally produce and sell booze. With Cocktail Lab I could bartend and do cocktail catering, before I knew it I was consulting for bar and restaurants. This was the placeholder that allowed me to start my business journey before I had it all figured out, (I'm still learning). 

We are family owned and operated. My husband and I do the sales, distribution and account maintenance. Our friends at Brick Box Brewery, in Tucson, Arizona, help us with production. A ton of thought has gone into every aspect, from the family crest that is our logo to the biodegradable 6 pack rings that hold our cans. Our recipe is hyper ingredient focused and the end results are awesome! It is light refreshing, subtle flavors and naturally gluten free, low abv, low calorie and low carb.

We wholesale to places like bars, resorts and local retailers. We have been operating for a little over one year and we are humbled by the support of our community. We can't wait to make Ray Ray's a trusted household name in the craft booze world, because it all comes back to good friends and good spirits.
